Terms of Service

These terms are between Vivid Software LLC (“we”), a Florida company, and the business that signs up for MyCodeShare (“you”). Our Privacy Policy is part of them.

1. Early access

MyCodeShare is in early access. The shared phone number and email inbox are not live yet, and features will change. No one is charged. We will tell account owners by email before any paid plan starts, and nothing is billed without your agreement.

2. Who can sign up

You must be 18 or older and allowed to sign up for the business you name. MyCodeShare is for business use in the United States.

3. Codes for accounts you control

Route codes only for accounts your business owns or is authorized to manage. Some banks and services forbid sharing sign-in codes. Check each account's own terms before you add it. Give each person access to only the sources they need. You are responsible for what happens under your team's logins.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. Ask for a copy at any time while your account is open.

5. No guarantee

The service is provided as is. A code can arrive late or not at all, so keep another way into every account. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100.

6. Ending it

You can close your account at any time by emailing scott@vsbie.com. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

7. Law

Florida law governs these terms.
